This June is the 25th “Safety Production Month” nationwide. Shenghua Group closely adheres to the theme of “Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies – finding safety hazards around us”, fully launches the “Safety Production Month” series of activities in 2026, and organizes emergency drills with all employees attending.

01 Mobilization and Deployment
At the kickoff meeting for the consolidation of responsibilities, Zhang Hongbo, the head of the group, delivered a mobilization speech. He emphasized that safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development, and we must always adhere to the policy of “safety first, prevention oriented, and comprehensive management”, firmly establish the awareness of safety red lines, consolidate the safety responsibility of all employees, and resolutely safeguard the bottom line of safety production.

02 Detailed requirements for system deployment
Subsequently, Han He presented the “Shenghua Group 2026 Safety Production Month Activity Plan”, clarifying the activity time, organizational structure, and core tasks. Detailed deployments were made around key aspects such as safety education, hazard investigation, and emergency drills to ensure that all work was implemented effectively.
At the same time, the conference will specifically promote summer heatstroke prevention and cooling knowledge, as well as emergency rescue knowledge for heatstroke. Combining with the characteristics of outdoor and high-altitude operations in the lifting industry, the key points of high-temperature protection and on-site first aid procedures will be explained to effectively ensure the physical health and operational safety of frontline employees.

03 All staff take an oath to practice and build defense
During the all staff safety oath ceremony, Cao Shengqiang led all employees to solemnly swear, promising to strictly abide by safety regulations, fulfill safety responsibilities, investigate hidden dangers around us, enhance emergency response capabilities, and safeguard safety production with practical actions. After the oath is completed, the representative signs the Safety Production Responsibility Agreement, further clarifying the safety responsibilities of the position and strengthening the consensus of “safety management is everyone’s responsibility”.

After the meeting, the group immediately organized an emergency drill, which was coordinated and commanded by Han He. The drill combined with the actual lifting operation, simulated sudden safety incidents, and enabled all staff to respond quickly and handle them in a standardized manner. It effectively tested the practicality and operability of the emergency plan, improved the emergency response and collaborative combat capabilities of employees, and effectively achieved the goal of “performing during normal times and not panicking in emergencies”.
Safe production is not just about one month, but also about daily adherence. The group requires all employees to respect life, adhere to the red line, integrate safety awareness into daily life, focus on regular work, start from themselves and details, deeply integrate “everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies” into the entire production process, and build a safety management system of “layer by layer responsibility, everyone’s responsibility, and everyone’s responsibility”, to build a solid safety barrier for the high-quality development of the group.
