After over a hundred days of day-and-night坚守, from the initial suspension to the final closure, the cantilever assembly and alignment of all 29 steel box girders of the bridge were meticulously executed under the guidance of the SHW360t bridge deck lifting and stabilization system, developed and customized by Henan Shenghua Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., ensuring the super-engineering project’s flawless completion to the highest standards.
The Yan’an Road Huaihe River Bridge in Bengbu has a main span of 420 meters and a main tower height of 141 meters, making it the largest cable-stayed bridge in the Huaihe River Basin. The characteristics of ultra large span and high-altitude operations near water face multiple rigorous tests throughout the entire process:
The wind conditions on the river are complex: turbulent high-altitude airflow can easily cause heavy steel box girders to sway and shift;
The construction window period is extremely short: steel box girders are sensitive to temperature, and precise closure operations can only be carried out in low temperature environments at night;
The lifting tonnage is large and the precision is extremely high: the first steel box girder weighs 248.6 tons, and the assembly of the entire bridge requires strict control of millimeter level errors.
