Today, in the factory area of Henan Shenghua Heavy duty Crane Co., Ltd., the first batch of core components of MEC320t-80m shipbuilding gantry crane – leg assembly – has been professionally loaded and will soon be sent to the customer’s site. The rated lifting height of this equipment is up to 40 meters, specially designed for heavy-duty lifting operations in the construction of large ships.
The support legs for this shipment are the core load-bearing framework of the entire machine, with a large volume that will support a maximum lifting load of 320 tons throughout the entire process. To avoid scratches on the paint surface during long-distance transportation and ensure consistent final coating quality, the legs shipped this time are in their original steel structure state. After the overall installation is completed on site, they will be uniformly coated with high standard anti-corrosion paint.
At the loading site, technicians command the lifting operation throughout the entire process, accurately control every landing angle, and repeatedly verify the levelness and fixing strength of the support legs to ensure zero deformation and displacement of the components during transportation.
At the same time, we have customized a dedicated reinforcement and protection plan for this transportation, which includes multi-point stable fixation and installation of buffering devices for the components. At the same time, we have planned the optimal route in advance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the components in all aspects.
This equipment follows strict internal control standards beyond national standards from design to manufacturing, and its core components have undergone multiple rounds of precision testing and quality acceptance to ensure long-term stable response to the high load operation needs of shipyards after delivery.
At present, all the supporting legs have been loaded onto the vehicle, and the vehicle is ready to go. The manufacturing and assembly of the remaining core components in the factory are progressing as planned, and will be shipped in batches according to the on-site nodes in the future. We will follow up on the entire transportation and installation process to ensure that the equipment is delivered and put into use on schedule with high quality.
