Recently, the MEC320t-80m shipbuilding gantry crane project independently manufactured by Henan Shenghua Heavy duty Crane Co., Ltd. has achieved a milestone breakthrough in the final assembly stage. The three core load-bearing assemblies of the main beam, rigid legs, and flexible legs have all been accurately assembled, and the main structure of the entire machine has been officially formed. The project has entered the critical stage of core lifting unit assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of now, the overall assembly of the main beam has been successfully completed, and the accuracy of the entire structure has been retested to meet the standard. The core load-bearing skeleton of the whole machine has been perfectly formed;
The dual side support structures of the rigid and flexible legs are synchronized to achieve precise alignment and assembly, with key indicators such as verticality and coaxiality exceeding design standards, laying a solid foundation for long-term high load operation of the entire machine;
The operating mechanism trolley responsible for the core lifting operation of the entire machine is currently in a critical stage of overall assembly. The lifting mechanism and operating mechanism have completed preliminary docking, and various assembly work is progressing in an orderly manner according to plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the final assembly process, advanced assembly techniques such as “segmented prefabrication, overall assembly, and synchronous verification” were adopted. In response to the industry difficulties of large span main beams being prone to deformation and high precision requirements for the alignment of rigid and flexible legs, specialized positioning fixtures and precision pre control schemes were deployed in advance. Real time monitoring and adjustment of each docking link during the process to ensure that all core assemblies meet the assembly standards in one go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, in order to ensure the efficient progress of the final assembly stage, production and quality inspection implement “team self inspection, process mutual inspection, and special inspection” acceptance for key processes, while grasping the progress, firmly holding the bottom line of product quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At present, the project has entered the final assembly sprint stage, with smooth connection and stable pace in each link.
