All core components such as the main beam have been shipped in batches, and the project has fully transitioned from the factory manufacturing stage to the on-site preparation stage.
The main beam with a total length of 80 meters serves as the “steel backbone” of the entire machine, stably supporting a maximum lifting load of 320 tons. Its accuracy directly determines the operational stability of the entire machine. This core equipment tailored for the Guangdong Zhuhai Ship Base will undertake key operations such as segmented lifting and cabin closure of large ships, significantly reducing the construction cycle of single ships and comprehensively improving the core production capacity of shipyards.
To ensure the quality and efficiency of shipping, multiple departments jointly carry out pre loading acceptance, review the core components one by one, and adopt customized reinforcement schemes to ensure the safety of component transportation. All components are shipped in their original steel structure state, and after the overall installation on site is completed, they will be uniformly coated with high standard anti-corrosion coating to ensure the appearance and protection quality of the equipment from the source.
